The app only collects your date of birth as personal data. Entering this information is voluntary, and the date of birth is used exclusively for local calculations on your own device.

In principle, the LUMINA app can be used without registration or the creation of a user account.

To provide you with individual functions, such as the calculation of your "Personal Signature," your life path, or your zodiac sign, you may voluntarily enter your date of birth in the app settings.
 

• Storage Location: This data is stored exclusively locally on your end device (smartphone/tablet).
   
• No Transmission: At no time will your date of birth or other personal settings be transmitted to any server or to third parties. We have no access to this data.
   
• Deletion: You can change or delete your date of birth in the app settings at any time. Uninstalling the app automatically removes all locally stored data.
   

3. App Permissions
The app may request the following permissions to function properly:
 

• Notifications: If activated by you, the app sends daily impulses or reminders of moon phases.
   
• Background Activity: Required for updating the widgets on your home screen.
   

4. Analysis Tools and Tracking
We do not use any analysis tools (such as Google Analytics), tracking, or advertising networks in the LUMINA app. Your usage behavior remains private.

5. External Links
The app contains links to external websites (e.g., Credits, Partners). If you click on these links, you will leave the app environment. The respective operators are responsible for data processing on the linked pages.
 

6. Your Rights
Since the data is only stored locally on your device, you can exercise your rights to information, correction, or deletion (Art. 15, 16, 17 GDPR) yourself at any time by changing the data in the app or deleting the app.

This privacy policy is currently valid (as of June 2026). Due to the further development of our app, changes to this policy may become necessary.
